The purpose of this policy is to describe the separation, or firewall, established between ONS:Edge services and those of its parent organization, the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS). The firewall policy also is meant to describe the procedures in place to ensure confidentiality between and among ONS:Edge’s corporate clients.

Advertising, Exhibiting, and Commercial Support marketing opportunities are available to support ONS and its affiliates.

Get more information on exhibiting at ONS’s National Conferences (Congress and IOL), advertising in ONS Publications (Oncology Nursing Forum, Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing, and the ONS Connect), supporting the ONS Web site, and many other opportunities.

State Regulations

Residents of Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Vermont,
and Washington DC:

ONS:Edge and its corporate clients comply with all state laws regarding limits on payments or gifts to healthcare providers and/or reporting such payments or gifts. Meals offered as part of programs that do not offer CNE are considered gifts/payments.

All attendees:

Supporting companies may post payments and gifts to healthcare providers on their websites. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your own institution’s policies regarding attendance at or participation in promotional events.
